Some Extraordinary Password Help

FYI guys, Yahoo does have a few people who can help. To make a long story short, after 4 e-mails and three direct calls to customer service, 2 email to reportabuse I finally found someone to help by emailing "experience@yahoo-inc.com and in two hours my problem went away ! :)
