unable to pull up yahoo profiles
 

I have new PC, HP Pavilion a1025c. When playing games, can pull up info page but then can't pull up profile to add friends to list. No problem on old computer. Have disabled popup blocker, but did not help. When I attempt to click the profile from the info page, I hear the bubble sound and nothing!. Have Ad-Aware, MS Antispyware, spybot-Search, ZoneAlarm, and Norton AntiVirus in case this info helps. Would appreciate any input or solution to this problem. I am "puter" illiterate so the simplest instructions would be most appreciated. BTW, I love Yahoo!.

Problem Pulling up profile and my own profile
 

:confused: I have been trying to pull up profiles now for about 3 months don't know what happened, I have been having yahoo messenger for about 3 years and never had this problem. I can't even look at my own profile are the help (f1) doesn't work. I have uninstalled and installed it 2 times and still nothing. HELLPPPP
