Hi
Can anyone tell me the customer support email address for Yahoo & if possible an english telephone number for them if there is such a thing.

I need to get in touch with them as I paid for a game that I downloaded&was charged twice.

I think it happened because I was part way through making the transaction(I had entered all of my card details etc)then on the next screen I was warned that I was entering an unsecure site so I decided not to proceed at that time.
Later after reading in the yahoo help that it would be a secure tranaction I decided to go ahead&the game was unlocked.

On checking with my bank I found that I had been charged twice once when I stopped the transaction&once when I went through with it.

Any help would be much appreciated
