My Mail Marked as Spam by Hotmail

I was informed that some of my emails are marked as spam by Hotmail.
Since I am not a spammer and I am unaware of any such complaints by anybody, is there a way to take this up with Hotmail? Since I do not have an account, I do not see a way to contact their customer service.
