Yahoo, What A Joke
 

i have been trying to contact yahoo about a problem that arose from their service. i am a Verizon account user and i linked my verizon account to yahoo and since doing so i am not able to get any access to my yahoo account. i have written many letters to yahoo and have not had 1 return from them on this. i did call my internet server Verizon and they said that they were in contact with yahoo and was told the problem should be resolved in a few days, well that was over 2weeks ago and still i can not get into my yahoo. i am in dismay that yahoo would not try to correct this mistake. please be advised that if you are a verizon user and link your account to yahoo you may have the same problem i am having.
