Wink So Far So Good...

I cancelled (sucessfully) with aol and no problems as of yet. I actually got a cancellation confirmation number out of the rep! I must admit, I was not to gentle...he he... I have a copy of the letter sent by snail mail and all the info from the phone call on record, so........... I don`t think they will give me any problem.

I need to cancel my free trial. what do they ask you on the phone? I dont remember the "question" with your secret answer like your pet name or anything of that nature when I signed up...but I read they ask for it?
