profiles using my name & pictures..URGENT

,,SOME ONE HAS MADE A PROFILE USING MY NAME AND MY LAST NAME AND MY ADDRESS AND HAS ALSO ADDED MY PICTURES TO THE PROFILE AND FAMILY MEMBERS NAMES AND IS USING IT TO GO TO CHAT ROOMS..HOW CAN THIS BE REMOVED?? IVE EMAILED YAHOO BUT THE PROFILE IS STILL THERE IVE ALSO CONTACTED YAHOO BUT NOTHING...WHOOO CAN I CONTACT OR HOW CAN THIS PROFILE BE REMOVED??? PLEASE URGENT HELP..
