Comcast Customer Service

Comcast is one of the largest cable operations in North America today. So, you would think that such a large company has a large customer service operation. Their customer service department may be large, but I don't think it is large enough. Rather than get into the whole story again, suffice it to say that I was on the phone with the customer service people at Comcast far longer than I needed to be, as they could not help me. So, we decided to place a new Comcast customer service forum on our site, so that you can share your Comcast customer service stories with other people. I have found that writing can be great therapy and judging by the number of emails we have received from people who have found the first version of this page...there are other people that feel the same way.

Probably the most sought after item these days is the customer service phone number. It seems that if a company has a website, they want to hide their customer service phone numbers very deep in their site. Of course, the sales number is usually plastered all over the place. Go figure.
