Customer Service Training Manual

We are still looking for someone who is willing to let us publish their customer service manual online. Most people do not want to reveal their own proprietary methods for dealing with customers. Plus, there has been a lot of time and money that goes into creating these training manuals and expecting someone to hand over the good for free is unlikely. But, we are still working on it. We will most likely create our own demo training manual to give people an idea of what the major areas covered should be when creating your own training manual. Hopefully, we will get to this soon, but there are plenty of projects on the list right now and they are not for pro-bono work. :)

So, how about a free customer service training game then? Well, we are working on putting some of those together for the website as well. Some of you may have been here when we had a few free training games online here, but we have had to remove them for various reasons...one being that they became too popular! Rest assured that we have this on our customer service "todo" list and will hopefully get some easy, free training games up here soon.
