MSN Customer Service

Looking for information on how to get a hold of Microsoft's MSN customer service? You are not alone. We used to have a story posted here about our own trials and tribulations with MSN and their customer service department. Because of that article, we began to receive email submissions from other people who had their own "run ins" with the customer service people at MSN. So, we decided to create our own MSN customer service forums where people can exchange information and stories about MSN customer service.

So, if you have a phone number, contact name or other information you would like to post for other people to find easily, please use the forums and post there. Or, if you have a particularly bad story and you would like other people, including MSN customer service people, to hear about it, please post that as well.

Customer Support Tips

Many people are simply looking for a phone number they can contact MSN or another company at...so they don't have to spend an hour clicking through a website. Those numbers are becoming harder and harder to find, but we have found that calling 800 information is a great way to find customer service phone numbers for a particular company. If that doesn't work, calling information in the town where the company is headquartered, usually gets us a phone number that will find a real person to talk to...and they can usually provide a customer service phone number to use.

Can I have my email address back? (Xbox 360 annoyance #010) - Joystiq

7. I think you're wrong there jason. Think about what you're saying. If this is just to stop people from ripping off paying customers (that's me, thanks) then they would probably also not want to rely on a simple free webmail account to prevent that. It's an annoyance because I have a legitimate problem as a paying customer (not interested in going in there to "screw with people." How about credit card information linked to a mailing address, the same info they would need to open an account for you? As for Live letting you change your gamertag, it's a little more complicated than the "push of a button" i'm afraid. It's about $10.
