Verizon Customer Service
Over the past few years of marketing our customer service software on the web, we have posted a number of articles about our own experiences with some of the better known customer service departments in the United States. Verizon, which has grown at an amazing pace over the past few years, was really underequiped to handle and service all of the new accounts they were signing up. Whether it was for residential phone service, DSL, or even their wireless division, Verizon simply grew too fast to give their customers the service and support they deserved. So, we posted some information about our own interaction with the customer service people over at Verizon and we began to hear from other customers who had similar experiences.
To help people find information they are looking for and also to interact with other Verizon customers, we have recently created our own Verizon customer service forums so that you and other Verizon customers can interact and share information that may help someone else to solve their own problems.
Wal Mart Customer Service
We have had a similar experience when we placed an article about our experiences with Wal Mart's customer service team as well. I must say that my own personal experience with the Wal Mart customer service team was a great one...and there has only been one. Whatever your situtaion may be, we invite you to visit our Wal Mart customer service forums to share your experiences with other Wal Mart customers and maybe even some customer service reps...hint hint.
