They also will receive decals proclaiming their selection as the No. 1 Manteca concern in their category to place on the doors or windows of their business.Voting by the public will start this weekend by traditional mail or walk-in ballot boxes at various businesses using a page that will start appearing Saturday in the Manteca Bulletin.Online voting through the CVB and Manteca Chamber websites will start on Monday, Jan. 9.The top three nominees in each category based on public nominations will be on the ballot. Voting among the final three in each category will close Feb. 15.The winners will be mentioned in the Manteca Convention & Visitors Bureau’s 15,000 visitors guides as well as 7,000 Manteca Chamber of Commerce magazines. Both are distributed to either visitors, newcomers or those interested in locating in Manteca.The categories and nominations are:Coffee Shop: Johnny’s Restaurant, Main Street Cafe, Starbucks.Dinner: DeVega Brother’s, Isadore’s, Kelley Brothers Brewing Co.Ice Cream Shop: Baskin Robbins-N.
