Well, contrary to my personal beliefs, a Google Toolbar PR update has just taken place. I noticed this when I was browsing one of our websites and new pages (pages that were created after June) were displaying a PR of 4. I asked a friend if he was seeing the same thing and he told me yes. I then checked some of our new sites and they had PR5’s across the board. You gotta love that.
