Leadership Training

An interesting quote by David Loyd George on the importance of leaders taking risks: Don\'t be afraid to take a big step when one is indicated. You can\'t cross a chasm in two small steps.

I would like to make a formal complaint and would like a respond from one of your high up managers. I signed up for your service because I was going to work as a field adjuster for Pilot but at the last minute I was transfered to the inside unit as an examiner so I did need your service . In the mean time I was charged for your service and I did not even use it the company paid for the service I am using as an examiner. I would like to speak with your manage to find out why I can not get a refund. I have used your program for several of the companies that I have worked for in the past. I think this us unfair as we in the field have many additionl expenses that we have to deal with and this is one that is not fair if we do not need it. My pilot number is 1024. my office no is 877-311-2645x13143. Thanks. Enocenccio Garcia

I had a thought about training recently and seeing as I was reviewing my own courses and training, I began to wonder how good it actually is. Much of what I learnt in college is now forgotten. This suggests to me that I may not have found it useful to ...
