Hi, and welcome to the Help Desk Software Blog! Well, I am pretty excited, so anyway I just wanted to say hello and let you know a little more about what we are planning on talking about here in the Help Desk Software Blog. You guessed it, Help Desk Software. My name is Jason Golod and along with my partner, another Jason, we have begun to market our proprietary customer service software solution called WebSupport. We have owned and operated online businesses since 1997. Well, actually it was 1996 that I started my first ecommerce company and Jason worked with us on that site. A lot has changed since then, but one thing that hasn’t is the need for responsive and quality customer service.
Hopefully in the weeks and months to follow, we will be able to touch on some subjects that can help you with your online or traditional “brick and mortar” businesses. If you have any questions, please be sure to let me know. We are all here to learn from each other.
