yahoo customer support is really really bad- there in no answer to any of the numbers published. i have not been able to log in to my email for 2 days- none of their suggestions on their website helps.
i think i need to switch to gmail.

My addsresses are gone at least half of them and to eerase e-mails you have to do it one at atime and the space to read e-mails are readable in a very small space I’m going to quit yahoo

I am unable to log in to my email account for the past week. I tried to log in and yahoo security prompt: verification, I reenetered ID and Paswrord. Message stated the ID/Password is incorerect . I then repeat steps very carefully and the same messages:INCORERECT PASSWORD/ID. Then I got to the secret question which I have no idea the answer to. So, very upset at this point,I obtain the customer service number and call and they ask the same questions as they did online!
I ask for alternatives to prove that it is my account, they say there is no other way. I believe there has to be another way to identify me. I can not recall the info typed in upon registation almost 10 years ago! THERE HAS TO BE ANOTHER WAY!!!. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!! IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO KEEP MY OWN E-MAILS FROM ME! Please help someone! Anyone! This phone number I’m posting is to only be used to contact me about this issue and only this issue! 1-405-812-8908.

Whats it matter, I say, This is this fifth time I have logged into yahoo in five days, before this I could not log in at all, why? I do not know, I am not a paying customer, thats why! I am a paying customer of Gmail, and I am leaving Yahoo after 10 years, of dependeble free service, but I just found found out they could care less about the non-paying customers, so GOOD-BYE YAHOO as you tried to steal the YAHOO SONG until someone sued your asses. well goodbye and good luck! You have one less person to worry about, that me, I am sick and tired of logging on each day.nd writing a leter to yahoo and not getting a reply… why..I am not a paying customer, well good bye!! aqnd good rythms Yahooooooo….!
