For the last 3 days I have tired to send out some email messages. They do not go and a “card” comes up for me to type in some crazy letters. I do that and then a “card” comes up saying error your messages cannot be sent. I need help getting this fixed.

my messenger will no longer accept my id or password! ive had it for many years… even the security question does not match what i originally was asked there for i cannot log on…please help me as my mail cannot be checked…. the id is the same as above…. i can be reached under ….my_trike4menu@yahoo.com.. thank you

Customer service and help desk support usually decline as companies grow larger. I remember back in ‘91 when you could call Microsoft 9:00PM and get help to install MS Office

I have asked for help with this problem over a dozen times this year. I am hoping that a solution to this problem has been found. Some time this year I began receiving mouse-over/roll-over popups. These are not advertisements. They are links–sometimes as many as 17 of them–that appear in ladder form–for example, back, forward, save background as, copy background, select all, paste, create short cut, etc. These ladders often obscure something I am trying to read. Sometimes it takes 6 or more clicks on blank areas of the screen to get rid of them. They are time-consuming and particularly annoying. Please let me know if there is anyway to prevent these popups from appearing. Thank you. Bob

I have been tring to contact a live person at yahoo to reset my password there are no numbers to be found to talk to anyone the yahoo questions to verify who you are is not working they say there is no record of this person meaning me I have had this account over 7 years until I get it fixed guess I wont be IM anyone for who knows how long this is really crap.

i have been trying to connect on yahoo for about two weeks now and i can not log on. i have tried everything, even calling my cable componies hot line for help and there was nothing they could do. they told me to contact ou guys for help and i really need you asap. i have important things that i need to read and i can not get to my mail.
