i have been trying to connect on yahoo for about two weeks now and i can not log on. i have tried everything, even calling my cable componies hot line for help and there was nothing they could do. they told me to contact ou guys for help and i really need you asap. i have important things that i need to read and i can not get to my mail. Please help asap. ps if you send an email trust i can not get it. thank you so much

I purchased Yahoo Music while I was working at a company and used their email address. I no longer work there and forgot to save my login and password. I need to transfer the paid account to my home email. I need help, I paid for a year and can not access it.
