the service of msn messenger is FAULTY

I just wanna say that msn messenger is not working properly and will not let certain users login msn has been providing a good service up untill monday 7th february 2005 and if the service continues to remain rubbish then i'm afriad i will have to take my complaints more seriously than just to post it on a mere website that nobody reads
