I didn't have any troubles calling this number. I did get transferred as my problem was with the billing department, but I only had to hold for maybe a minute. This is probably because since no one can find the numbers, the reps don't have anything to do. I do have two more numbers that they gave me that will connect you to the billing department. 800-318-0631 866-562-7228. I am glad I found this forum, I just did a search after looking through the yahoo site for like 7 minutes. Thanks for the help
